On the outside, you may look capable, responsible, and put together. Inside, you may feel anxious, exhausted, disconnected from yourself, or caught in patterns you understand but still cannot seem to change. That gap between knowing and feeling is a lot of what interests me in therapy. We can understand exactly where a pattern came from and still find ourselves people-pleasing, bracing for rejection, shutting down, overthinking, or repeating relationships that hurt. My approach is warm, honest, and collaborative. I draw from attachment-focused, psychodynamic, IFS-informed, somatic, and trauma-informed work, but I am less interested in forcing you into a specific model than in understanding what is actually happening for you. You do not need to have the right words or know exactly where to begin. You can show up as you are.
